Beautiful & peaceful setting, pristine accomodation and top drawer facilities - you've obviously put a great deal of thought into everything. It was a great place to relax and chill after a hard day trecking around the theme parks....and the kids absolutley loved the pool & games room. No expense has been spared. The villa is decorated and furnished throughout by a leading international designer to an extremely high standard making this a true home from home. The villa is also maintained to a high standard by our management company.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms and it will comfortably sleep 10 (no sofa beds) plus there is a baby travel cot. It is of the “Queen Palm” design built by Park Square Homes to a very high standard and many non-standard 'extras' have been added taking it to a superior level of quality. The villa has air-conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in every bedroom.
Watersong Villa is on one of the larger plots in the Watersong community with uninterrupted conservation area views to the rear from the extended pool deck giving plenty of privacy.
All bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms with Masters 1-3 having en-suite facilities and the other 2 sharing a bathroom. The bedrooms are divided into two Master King suites, 1 Queen suite and two twin rooms.
There is a stunning, spacious open loft area upstairs for you to relax in which has a comfortable curved sofa, 42” plasma screen for use with the Sony Playstation 3 plus its own Bose surround sound system to enhance the Sony Playstation 3 experience or watch dvds.
There is also a games table in the loft and a unique purpose built ‘wet bar’ complete with sink unit and drinks fridge that you can stock-up with drinks so you don’t have to rely solely on the main kitchen downstairs.

Master suite 2 - is a king room with en suite bathroom including vanity unit, bath, shower and W.C. Located on the first floor at the front of the property. 36" HD TV with cable channels.
Master suite 3 - is a queen room with en suite bathroom comprising of a vanity unit, bath/shower and W.C. There is also a large closet. 19" TV with cable channels.
Bedroom 4 is a twin room sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 5. Located at the rear of the property overlooking the screened pool and conservation area. 19" TV with cable channels
Bedroom 5 is a twin room and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4. 19" TV with cable channels.
The fantastic Clubhouse with lounges, gym, internet cafe, concierge service, kiddies play area, basketball and putting green are only 200 yards away and services are free to guests.
