FAMILY ROOM
A spacious informal sitting area with a stunning high vaulted ceiling. The family room is open plan to the kitchen and breakfast nook. The ideal area to relax and watch our large screen cable TV or listen to the cd player. From the family room you exit through patio doors, which lead to the covered lanai and pool area. KITCHEN
Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with built in ice-maker, waste disposal, along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware.
NOOK
Leading off the kitchen an informal dining area with a table and 4 chairs and 2 bar stools.
DINING ROOM
Located just off the kitchen our formal dining room contains a beautiful table with seating for 6 people.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. All towels and linens are supplied.
GAMESROOM
To keep you entertained we have located a gamesroom in the garage area. Including a 8’ pool table, air-hockey and foosball. There is also a Playstation 2, board games and puzzles etc for our younger guests.
POOL & SPA
The pool deck is screened and has been extended to allow all our guests plenty of space for their sun loungers, yet keep an eye on the children enjoying the pool without getting drenched! In this area you can relax, enjoy a cold drink by the south facing, extended 30’ x 15’ pool or chill out in our heated spa after a hectic day at the park. There is even an outside shower to help you cool down in the heat of the Florida sun! The huge lanai offers some welcome shade, with a table & chairs for alfresco dining.
UPSTAIRS DEN
A comfy loveseat provides a cool, quiet area to cool up with a good book or to use the high speed wireless internet provided fee, which is encrypted for your security.
MASTER BEDROOM
A huge luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Our master bedroom also boasts a cable TV and ceiling fan. The patio doors lead directly onto a private balcony, with wonderful views across the conservation area. Hot air balloons regularly glide over the skyline.
MASTER BATHROOM
A stunning, spacious bathroom with 2 vanity units, garden tub, double shower and enclosed WC. Hair dryers are also provided.
MASTER BEDROOM 2
A luxurious light room with a Queen bed and cable TV. Leading from this room is the second master bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC.
BEDROOM 3
A lovely double guest room with Queen bed and cable tv, with views across the conservation area.
BEDROOM 4
A Sports themed twin room with a cable TV.
BATHROOM 3
Services bedroom 3 and 4 with a vanity unit, bath, shower and wc.

A Disney themed twin room with a cable TV. Lots of Disney pictures & cuddly toys to make the children’s Florida vacation even more special!
