The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and comprises two master bedroom suites with Queen size beds, two twin-bedded rooms a third bathroom with bath and shower over, an additional rollaway bed, pack and play cot/crib and infant cot/crib are also provided with bedding, a large family room, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, living room, games room and a laundry room. There are hair dryers in each bathroom, and all bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans.
The properties are built on larger than normal plots and have been offset to improve privacy. The community is bordered by natural woodland providing the ideal retreat to chill out after a day’s fun around the theme parks.
Located on US Highway 27 close to several restaurants, it is just minutes from the US Highway 192 with all of its attractions, shops and eating establishments. Close by is the Interstate 4, that provides easy access to Orlando International and Sanford airports and the beaches on either the Atlantic or Gulf Coasts.
If you are a golfing enthusiast, there are numerous courses in the vicinity, including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate.

There is a Computer with high speed wireless broadband provided and all Local, National and International Telephone calls are complimentary.

There is a selection Toddler Equipment that is available for our younger guests use totally free of charge.

The fully screened Swimming pool is 26 x 13 feet, it has an adjoining raised Spa/Jacuzzi, the pool area has 3ft high privacy screening on all sides, this is the ideal place to relax in after a hectic day at the theme parks. The pool has extensive decking and is south west facing for day long sunshine and those magnificent Floridian sunsets. Enjoy the thrill of a moonlit dip in your own illuminated pool, or savour the peace and tranquillity whilst sitting out and enjoying a refreshing cold drink.
A full set of luxury upholstered pool/patio furniture is provided with comfy reclining sun loungers and dining furniture, and a selection of swim aids for the children's enjoyment. The pool is visible from the family room, dining room, kitchen, nook and master bedroom so mum and dad can easily keep their eyes on the children. As an additional safeguard all doors leading to the pool area are fitted with a pool alarm.
The covered, fan cooled Lanai gives you welcome shade on those hot days and provides the ideal location for those alfresco meals. A gas fired barbecue is located outside the pool cage at the rear of the villa.

The Pool/Spa can be heated if required at an additional charge, this will only be necessary during the cooler months.

The rear of the property is landscaped to provide a pleasant and private environment.

Kitchen

The modern fully-fitted kitchen is open plan to the family room and nook, with a view overlooking the pool area. The kitchen has every modern convenience, which includes a full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with garbage disposal unit and a large fridge freezer with ice maker and a cold drinks dispenser.

Other appliances include coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle, electric griddle, large cool box etc. All cooking and dining utensils are provided.

Lounge/Family Room

The large Family Room overlooks the pool area, which can be accessed via the large sliding patio doors. For your peace of mind, the doors are fitted with a pool alarm to prevent children from sneaking out unnoticed.
It features a three seat sofa, a two seat love seat and a large chair.
For your entertainment there is a 42 inch LCD television complete with Fox Sport cable channels plus a DVD/CD player. A selection of films and CDs are provided.

The Living Room is situated at the front of the villa, overlooking the front lawn. It has 2 two seater love seats and cable television; also a PS 2 Play station with games.

Master Bedroom/Ensuite

The Main Master Suite overlooks the pool area, it is lavishly furnished, has a Queen sized bed and a television complete with cable channels, a security safe is also provided. It boasts a large luxurious bathroom, which has a large oval bath, his and her vanity units with large mirrors, and large walk in shower, separate toilet and ceramic tile flooring.

Guest Ensuite

The Guest Master Suite is furnished to the same high standards, has a Queen sized bed and a television complete with cable channels, a security safe is also provided. The bathroom has a single vanity unit, large walk in shower, toilet, ceramic tile flooring and a door giving access to the pool area.

Bedrooms 3

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, a television/VCR/combi complete with cable channels and large walk in wardrobes.

Bedroom 4

Bedroom 4 has twin beds, a television/VCR/combi complete with cable channels and large walk in wardrobes.

Family Bathroom

This is shared by the twin bedrooms it is complete with a shower over bath, vanity unit, toilet and ceramic tiled flooring.

Games Room

The Games Room is equipped with an 8 foot professional slate bed pool table, air hockey and foosball. Whether you just want to enjoy a friendly family game of pool, or hone your skills in the hopes that you may become the next “Minnesota Fat’s” the choice is yours.

Put your skills and co-ordination to the test on the other games provided, Air Hockey where you can raise or lower the centre partition to increase or decrease your reaction time, or try your hand on the extremely fast game of Foosball.

All these facilities will keep the family enthralled when you have had your fill of theme parks, malls and your own private pool area.
