At this moment we are offering a free 3 Month Trial. Thereafter the cost will be £75 per year to advertise on this site, additional villas owned by you are £50.

We have been actively promoting the site in the search engines and have established an advertising campaign in magazines and newspapers.

We have used pay per click advertising to maximise our exposure and the site has become fully established on Google, Yahoo and MSN/Live with many page one positions for a variety of kewords and phrases.

Featured Properties.

Well, the column on the left (Featured Properties) will consist of villas that are randomly listed on every page load. This makes it a fair system. Why should you be penalised because you joined the site after someone else?

Category Listing.
The Listing Categories for each bedroom size will be kept to a reasonable level so as to allow owners to have a good chance of securing a booking without going up against hundreds of other villas and overwhelming the enquirer with responses. At the same time we want to maintain a reasonable choice for the enquirer. Once we reach our capacity we will start a waiting list to join this site, from which we will start another site.

Search Results.
The listing order of the search results will work in a similar way to the system used on Featured Properties. 

Personal Web site.
You may display your personal web address if you wish on your listing. You may also display your virtual tour address and phone number.

Updating your Listing.
You may update your listing as and when you want. At the moment you may display 12 photographs with your listing.

Services
We aim to provide you the villa owner with all the tools to help you achieve as many weeks booked as possible. We are offering packages that can be bundled to reduce the cost. The services are Web Design, Web Hosting, & 360 Virtual Tour Hosting.

Homes of the Month
There are 10 homes that will be featured in the "Homes of the Month" column on all pages accessed by the enquirer. These will be allocated 3 months in advance on a first come first served basis. The current cost for this will be £15 a month.

Forums.
Our forums will be available to guests and there is a separate area for owners to share information and discuss matters relating to villa ownership. We encourage all our owners to use the forums. Owners can have their listing address in their signature. We will also create a separate forum for villa communities that want one. Access to that forum will be restricted to owners on that community. It is important for as many owners as possible to contribute to these forums as it helps in the search engines which can only benefit everyone.

Perfect Points. (Not yet available)
We will be giving Perfect Points out for owners who contribute on the Forums, to the site by way of articles concerning Florida and by buying any of the services offered through this site, such as Flights, Car Hire, Travel Insurance of Attraction Tickets. These points can be accumulated to give extra discounts on our services or reduce the cost of some of the packages we offer, such as, web hosting etc. This is not yet active.
