Description

Sunshine Villa Orlando is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home nestled in the quiet community of Westridge.

The villa is 2000 sq feet featuring a formal living room with sliding glass doors to the lanai and an adjoining formal dining room that comfortably seats 8 guests. The open concept kitchen is well equipped and overlooks the dinette, family room, lanai and pool. A bright and sunny breakfast awaits as you look onto the pool from the dinette. There is plenty of space for family fun in the large family room, from playing the game system to watching a great Disney movie on the 42" flat screen TV. Open the triple panel sliding glass doors and let the breeze and fresh air fill the villa.

There are 4 wonderfully furnished bedrooms: 1 master with a king bed and an on-suite 5 piece bath, 1 master with queen bed and direct access to the cabana 3 piece bath, 2 twin bedrooms both feature 2 single beds and share a Jack n Jill 4 piece bath.

Let the games begin !! Our games room hosts a billiards/pool table, table tennis/ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table and a dart board. Feel free to let the kids draw on the wall ... it's a 10x10 foot chalk board. Free wi-fi internet connection and free US and Canada calling.

The best for last ... the south/west facing pool/lanai is a fully screened outdoor living experience. Transfer inside to out as the lanai is beautifully furnished with table and chairs for meals outdoors and loungers to read, listen to music or catch some rays. The whole family will have fun in the sparkling water of the south/west facing oversized (20x30) pool. Enjoy your favorite beverage and a soak in the warm water of the spa to wind down your day, peace and tranquility !!

As guests of Sunshine Villa Orlando, you are invited to enjoy the ammenities of the Westridge Community recreation facility. Just a 5 minute walk down the street you can enjoy the community pool, a childrens' play structure, tennis court, basketball court, sand volleyball court and even a soccer field.
