OUR CONTEMPORARY VILLA:
Our modern contemporary NO SMOKING home is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your well deserved vacation in the Florida sun. All on one level so there are no stairs to worry about. It is fully equipped and decorated to a high standard to put you in that special holiday mood.
Our villa is fully air conditioned and heated so that there is a comfortable temperature throughout the year.
Alternatively you could spend the time enjoying a cool drink on the patio. Doors to the pool area are alarmed for children’s safety. Step straight from the pool into one of our beautiful en-suite bathrooms, the pool itself has the sun all day long (even in winter) ensuring plenty of sunshine! The pool is SW facing overlooking a tranquil lake and conservation area and has optic fiber lighting.
We are located 4 miles from Disney and the I4 is only 1 mile away for easy access to all other theme parks, the Kennedy Space Centre and fabulous beaches.
Both the Reunion and Champions Gate Golf courses are only minutes away.
We are sorry but we are unable to take pets at this time.

The estate is complete and well established no building site to disturb you.
Our home is totally smoke free and pet free. This is appreciated by guests who may have Asthma or allergy problems.

- Master Bedroom: Larger than average master bedroom with Queen size bed with cable TV and direct access to the pool deck. Built in walk in wardrobe, hairdryer.alarm clock/radio. Ensuite bathroom, with bath and shower.
- Second Bedroom with en-suite Double bed, Built in wardrobe, TV, alarm clock/radio. On suite bathroom with huge walk in shower & a door leading directly to the pool & lanai.
- Third Bedroom - Twin beds, walk in wardrobes, game cube and TV
- Large lounge and dining area, new sofas, coffee and side tables, Table and chairs to seat 6, LCD HDTV with home cinema and PS2, WI-FI access
- Kitchen and Breakfast Area - Table and chairs to seat 4
- Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, good quality stainless steel saucepans and everything you would expect in your kitchen!
