Description

FRESH decor (2010) in this lovely 5 bedroom Villa. The home has 2 masterbedrooms each with their own private ensuites. The first has a KING bed and the second a QUEEN. Bedroom #3 is also a QUEEN and very tastefully decorated. Bedrooms 4 and 5 offer 4 TWIN beds and offer XBOX gaming with over a dozen games.

The FAMILY ROOM is very comfortable after a busy day at the parks or on the golf course. Just sit back and enjoy the new 50" LCDTV.

KITCHEN is fully equipped for the chef in your family and has all new appliances.

POOL area offers a heated inground pool, patio table and 4 burner stainless BBQ all enclosed in a screened lanau for added comfort. ***In addition, a safety fence is in place and we ask that guest use the fence when the pool is NOT being used

We are located just 2mins off the I4 on #27S. This is an ideal location as it is 12min South of DISNEY and traffic is very lite and no TOLL roads need to be used. Either coast is about an hour away.
