This is an executive style villa in the sandy ridge community of orlando, situated just 15 minutes from Disney parks and other attractions, its a tranquil community with lots of woodland and conservation areas. It is also right by champions gate which has two golf courses, it also has large shopping complex very close by.

Our villa backs onto conservation/ farm land, while swimming in the pool or relaxing on the patio you can see horses roaming in the field.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people.
master bedroom with King size bed and ensuite.
Second master bedroom with Queen size bed and ensuite.
3 other bedrooms with twin single beds.Main lounge has 32 " flat panel tv, dvd and stereo.
Dining area has a quality dining table with six chairs.ll beds have smaller tvs and cable fitted

Fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, large cooker, large american style fridge freezer, microwave and coffee maker,

Garage has been converted into a fun games room with 8 foot pool table and 6 foot air hockey and xbox, you also have a large washing machine and dryer in garage.

Simming pool has pool heat if required (extra charge applies), it also has spa/jacuzzi
