Welcome to Dreamy Corner at Silver Creek, set in the ideal location for all your needs, whether it be a fun packed family holiday, a golfers getaway, or relaxing after a busy day shopping at one of the many Malls.
Only a 30 minute drive from Orlando International airport you will find yourself entering the quiet community of Silver Creek, off of Highway 27, just north of US 192. Hidden away from the hustle and bustle is this 2004 built community of pastel shaded homes, set within natural conservation areas with small lakes and ponds, of which we are fortunate to back onto and enjoy many a time fishing and relaxing watching many of the wild birds to be seen, including a family of Sandhill cranes who wander the estate.
Silver Creek has a quiet seating area, ideal to soak up the peace and tranquility. But not to forget the younger members of the family there is a 2008 childrens' play area.
One of the most fabulous features of this property has to be the Relaxing Lake views, with the sun falling on the Pool/Deck area from morning until setting in the evening (Peak Summer 9:30am ish - Sunset 9pm ish). After sunset enjoy a relaxing evening in the Spa with colour changing LED Light.

Of the 5 Bedrooms, 2 are Master Kings with walk-in closets, cable TV's and DVD players, hairdryers and hairstraighteners. Each full En-Suite has garden tub baths, seperate shower, toilet and vanity lighting over washbasin.
The Bathroom of Master King 1 is accessible from the Pool/Deck area.
Bedroom 3 is a Downstairs Double with cable TV, hairdryer and En-Suite having toilet, washbasin with vanity lighting and a Double Seated Shower - Ideal for people with mobility difficulties.
There are a further 2 Themed Twin Bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, sharing a 4th Bathroom, which has hairdryer, washbasin with vanity lighting, bath with over bath shower, toilet and toddler step/potty toilet trainer.
One of the Twin rooms is a Disney room with cable TV and deluxe safety bedrail if needed.
The second Twin room is a Movie room with cable TV and PS2 games console with games including a family favourite "Buzz" and a Boompod Gameschair.
All Bedrooms have cable TV.
Bedlinens, Towels and Beach Towels are provided throughout the home.
Each Bathroom has a hairdryer, Master En-Suites also each have a set of hairstraighteners.

Located to the front of the villa you will find our Formal Lounge with ample seating, including armchair and 2 sofas, 1 of the sofas doubles as an occasional queen size sofabed. This room is ideal for relaxing, listening to music on the Mini Hifi with Ipod/MP3 connectivity.
Walking through you enter the fully equipped Kitchen, with large oven, microwave, fridge freezer with Ice-maker compartment, dishwasher, waste disposal and many other kitchen utensils, as well as crockery, cutlery, glassware and plastics suitable for younsters and use at the Poolside.
Of the 2 Indoor Dining areas The Nook is ideal for the more Formal or Romantic dining occasions, whilst Family Dining is more suited to the large extending solid wooden table, with 8 matching chairs, in the kitchen area.
Our seperate Laundry area has washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the Family room with Large LCD HD TV having Upgraded Cable TV package, DVD player and Wii games console with a selection of family films and games. Also provided are a choice of Family Board Games and an ever growing selection of books.
We have a well equipped Games room with Pool / Table Tennis Table, Foosball and Dartboard.

The Family room opens onto a Screened Deck area, which is partially covered. Our Large private Pool and Spa have Stunning Lake views and are enclosed within a safety fence. All doors leading to the Pool area are fitted with Alarms to alert when opened. The Extended Deck area has ample space for all Poolside Furniture, which includes Cushioned Loungers, Recliners with Footstools, Chairs and Table. The sun falls on the South/SouthWest facing Pool/Deck area from morning until setting in the evening. After Sunset enjoy a relaxing evening in the Spa with colour changing LED light.
