Our 3 bedroom 2 bath Florida vacation home in located in the community of Eagle Pointe which is just a few minutes south of Route 192 in Kissimmee.Our vacation villa is in an ideal location that offers a relaxing and tranquil neighborhood but is still close to all the action!

The over-sized pool deck is more than what you would expect from your average Florida vacation home. With its south facing orientation, the pool deck has sun exposure for almost the complete day. There is even a covered lanai for those wanting to limit their sun exposure but still enjoy the great outdoors. Soaking in the tremendous lake view with a glass of wine on the patio will bring you back year after year.

With so much to do at our villa you might not want to return home. You could take a stroll around the lake to observe the wildlife that comes to visit. Or maybe play an exciting game of air hockey in our new game room. Or just stay inside and put your feet up and watch some digital television or surf the web in our cozy living room.

We’re just minutes away from the gates of Walt Disney World,Universal Studios and Sea World. With so many other attractions in the Orlando area you willfind that our vacation villa offers the perfect starting and ending point foryour busy day. 

We are also right next door to some of the finest golfcourses in the country such as the Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club.

If you enjoy spending some time on the beach, we are only 1 hour away from Coca beach.
