Description

The villa is brand new and has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and three separate living areas. Legacy Park is located on the US27 just 1 mile south of the US192. The villa has an extended pool deck and oversized pool which measures 30ft x 15ft which is much larger than most and comes complete with a spa/hot tub. There are views of a conservation area making the pool area a very pleasant and inviting spot. The villa is one of the largest vacation homes in the Orlando area at almost 3,500 sq ft. It will sleep 12 people. The furniture has been indiviually chosen and no expense has been spared. It is furnished to the highest standards and has free high speed internet access, free international phone calls and a games room.
