This beautiful 4 bedroomed villa is located at one of the most sought after locations at The Sanctuary at West Haven. Located in a superb gated community of high quality homes and set in beautifully landscaped communal areas.

Go through the impressive Champions Gate and you will know you are going to somewhere special. At the head of a cul-de-sac, not overlooked, you will soon realise you have found an executive villa in an exclusive area. If you are looking for something different with exclusive luxury in a fantastic location - you need look no further!! As for the theme parks, well they are just a stone's throw away, Disney is just 10 minutes, Sea World 15 minutes and Universal 20 minutes. Not forgetting the unbelievable Champions Gate resort and golf virtually on your doorstep. This has to be in the best location around Westhaven is located within the proximity of the US27-I4 intersection and is well placed for shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 2 minutes drive of your villa. Orlando International airport is about 25 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. ...

This villa has its own private Swimmimg Pool and spa. When the sun gets too much, for those guests wanting some shade there is a large covered Lanai . With ample Patio Furniture as well as a plush 4-seater dining table, the lanai also provides a nice area to eat meals al fresco or to sit and relax with an evening drink and watch the sun set. . For the safety of children the outside deck area is equipped with a Pool Guard .
